Shipping policy

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

All orders will receive a confirmation email. Order status information can also be found anytime by logging into your account at: https://weareamma.com/account

A shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available via the carrier’s website.

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs, duties, fees and/or taxes not collected at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are Amma offers USPS, UPS and DHL International parcel services at checkout. All shipments automatically include insurance up to $200.

  • Non-expedited shipping options: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground
  • Expedited shipping options: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air

We aim to process and ship orders within 5 days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed with expedited shipping and ordered before 12:00 pm PST will be shipped same-day. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders placed from Thanksgiving through Christmas will ship within 5 business days, ensuring each order receives the attention and care it deserves.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIMES

USPS Ground Advantage: Approximately 4-6 business days for domestic delivery*
USPS Priority Mail: Approximately 2-3 business days for domestic delivery*
UPS Ground: Approximately 1-5 business days for domestic delivery*
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed within 48 hours for domestic delivery
UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed next morning by 10:30 am after shipment for domestic delivery

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
For suspected lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If further steps are needed, we will make every effort to proactively resolve the issue with you.

MISDELIVERED / RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
While we will make every effort to help you get your package, We Are Amma is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information. Please check to make sure your shipping information is correct before you submit your order.

If your package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you by email to make reshipment arrangements. If we are unable to reach you, despite our best efforts, your order will be canceled and refunded* to your original payment method.

*Please note: Refunds issued due to cancellation after shipment do not include shipping costs.
